工作要求：

1)电话开发新客户，对客户需求做出初步分析和判断，挖掘客户需求，完成销售任务；

2)收集整理新客户资料，并整理归档；

3)针对客户的需求介绍产品，引导客户了解产品特质。

 

任职要求：

1)良好的沟通技巧及表达能力，普通话标准，喜欢谈话交流，对自己的声音及表达有信心；

2)性格活泼开朗、外向，不怕挫折，有强韧的毅力应对压力；

3)熟悉办公室软件（Word、Excel等）；

4)具有市场活动的组织和协调能力，具有良好的团队协作精神。
