职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Fully understand and coordinate with client to get their requirements
2. Receive new orders, communicate and follow up with production coordination team
3. Make sure sending the order and confirming with production coordinator who get the right requirements or orders all the time
4. Keep client informed of order progress and ensure client's satisfaction
5. Communicate with overseas offices daily
6. Monitor and confirm for order receiving's feedback with client
7. Deal with client's complains
Qualifications:
1. Over 2 years experience as a merchandiser, with garment or garment accessories background is highly preferred
2. Excellent oral & written English communication
3. Great inter-personal and team work spirit
4. Responsible at work
5. Willing to work in fast-paced, high pressure environment
